Step 2: Your ticket joins the queue — Every order gets a queue number the moment it’s placed. First in, first ripped — you can see where you land before we ever go live.
Step 3: We rip it live — We open packs on stream in queue order, on camera, no exceptions.

How do I know which pack is mine during the stream?

You’ll pick a handle at checkout — that’s what we call out live and show on the queue overlay. Nobody on stream ever sees your real name or address.
What if I order while the stream is already live?

You get added to the current rip queue right away — that’s the whole point of watching live. Order while we’re streaming and you could see your own pack opened minutes later.
What if I want to order more than once?

Pick Hold till Next Order ($0) on any order after your first — it’ll ship together with whatever order you next choose Standard or Bulk shipping on, so you’re never charged shipping twice. Works across a single stream or across multiple streams.
What actually gets shipped to me?

Standard shipping ($7) covers “Just the hits!” (EX/V and above) by default, and you can raise that to “Reverse Holos and above” at checkout for no extra charge. Want your bulk commons shipped too? Choose Bulk Shipping ($14) instead of Standard at checkout. Either one also ships anything you’d previously put on hold.
